I'm sure there will be many who agree, but I've put stock into stuff Resolve has said are good and hated it so I just dodge his taste in general, we don't really line up much.

I generally agree with the sentiment, because IEM parts are so cheap that they just easily outperform headphones in a similar price range, but there are good cheap options for headphones if you absolutely must have headphones.
