The Dems should announce they will vote for a stimulus bill if, and only if, it also abolished ICE. That is the bare minimum.

I think Democrats should vote for a stimulus bill if and only if it a) is heavily skewed towards policies they like and voters that support them and b) includes a legislative rollback of Trump's executive actions on immigration/tariffs/funding/DEI/etc with strong guardrails against future actions.
