We can't really understand the Smith situation since last year's "personal reasons" are confidential. I think Ballard knows what they were and they factored into his decision to bring him back but I'm guessing.

Ok, so good guard year? I didn’t hate Goncalves at swing tackle, especially with another year of experience under his belt. I trust Sparano Jr. to draft/develop a mid round guy again after what he did with Bortolini and Goncalves last year.
