I was somewhat annoyed with how Nolan goes rouge multiple times and in reality would be subjected to IA Investigation. Meanwhile, Tim crossed the line once and Grey immediately assumes the worst and subjects him to a demotion back to patrol. The double standard was evident in this moment, so I agree

It is no longer comprehensible! Just the same as with Lucy. She risks her life, is almost shot but only the great Nolan gets a golden ticket and even through the detective exam Alexi drops her. Lucy still doesn't have a stripe. It's a thing of impossibility. The main thing is that Nolan is promoted🙄

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, the hell that she has been through, dating back to her rookie year would be grounds for imminent promotion, if the chief has a brain, lol, but unfortunately women in law enforcement have to work twice as hard to gain any chance of promotion
