I know a lot of people prefer / played Perfect Dark more. I didn't play it anywhere near as much as GoldenEye as I'd mostly moved on to the Dreamcast by the time it came out I think!

It was that sci-fi hook that got me, especially with deployable turret gun and the alien gun which could track/shoot through walls.

I'd agree. I understand people's complaints about the control scheme etc when played today... but the single player campaign and the way the missions and objectives change so much depending on the difficulty is something I don't think I've seen elsewhere. Not to the extent GoldenEye did it at least.

I have no clue but probably a whole lot! I remember I had some kind of large camera/tech bag that could fit my N64, cables, controllers and a few games and I took it to family birthdays so I could play with my cousins. I always won GoldenEye of course.
