Yessir can vouch for this, still have one at my Dads house in the attic somewhere. Probably a fire hazard at this point but yeah. Before video games kinda was a weird time for toys.

I had one of those as a kid.
I quickly got tired of the guys going in circles and started taking five from each side and playing with them on the floor.
Much more fun.
Eventually I found a better use for the vibrator.

OMG I so clearly remember setting the guys up, anxiously awaiting the "buzz" from the motor, only to watch all the players just run into the corner and go in circles. I was so happy when Mattel Electronic Football came along.
