Morning Bluesky! I’m in a flare which many of you with auto immune diseases know well.Nornally I post my ass off but the flare is affecting my hands and legs and is excruciating #crps is such a weird disease .Stress of course is probably what triggered it.Be kind to yourself friends💕☺️😘👌💗
