We already have them with 13 countries, including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Japan, Iceland and Uruguay.

Like many Scots growing up in the Thatcher years, I had to move for work.
For sure, also, they are less likely to go to the EU.
Or is the poor state of language teaching in the UK part of the problem?
For me, it's the lack of regional devolution which is the key. With such centralism, then London/SE becomes the focus.
