Was a real frog boiling experiment in censorship until the last two days, it seems. Now there's several of these posts where they're not just hidden by the algorithm but direct links are blocked. Who the hell still finds that a Useful Platform??

McCormick is in a pretty solidly red area, but it aint the rural bumfuck MAGA there. There's a lot of affluent richer white people in North Fulton and Forsyth. Like...a lot of money in that area.

Seeing this meshes with some of the grumblings I've overheard lately in stores/bars near this area.

I don't think people outside of Georgia fully comprehend just how big these CDC/NIH cuts will impact the state, particularly the job market here.

Emory University employs more people in Atlanta than Delta.

And a lot of people that work ITP commute from Cherokee/Forsyth/Gwinnett.

The entire point of buying Twitter was censoring dissenting views and shaping reality for every single person on the platform, including - importantly - journalists. Free speech absolutist is another term for someone who wants to craft and control all discourse.
