I'm curious. People often stop me in the street and ask me to take their photo. To be fair, I am still trying to figure out how to deal with such situations.

So I would be curious, Guy Brady, for your reasons for refusal, and then what you actually tell them?

On their phone, I would just take it. On my camera, I would agree, it is a pain to get the picture to them. What are your details......

A very good question the main reason when people stop me is that they want to take a photo and post it. They don't really have an interest in it. I stopped last year after a group stopped me they all wanted their vapes in their mouths. I then said I'm not doing it anymore,

It would be a different story if people contacted me the next day for the photo. I usually tell them "I'm sorry I don't do that type of photography" another big reason I have a big folder of unclaimed photos of stuff I can't use. It's sad because those photos have stories and I don't know them

You're more than welcome. I do make exceptions it's not a hard rule, like in this case I was about to say my speech and they stuck this pose and through the view finder I could see a story and ask questions
