Yeah, it took me months to work through the previous season of Highlander because the psychological difference between 60-ish minute episodes and 70+ meant I just didn’t get back to it.
Then this season were all militantly one hour and I finished it in a week.

Ted Lasso started with 30 minute episodes and I was happy.
Series 2 went over 30 minutes, series 3 nudged toward 50 minutes and I struggled.
