I feel like there is a lot on social media to critique but also a lot of gaps, and I think hypocrisy goes to fans too: why should NC get more heat than her teammates? Or why not focus this energy on W players still playing in Israel? Again: I get it, but purity tests aren’t good for anyone.

It easy to criticize from the outside. But there are lines that must not be crossed. For example, criticize BG or be down with the fascists in the White House and you’re dead to me. I don’t support playing in Israel either… that’s a bridge too far given the ongoing genocide

I’d never dislike her as much as I dislike soph, Emily Engstler and Tiffany Mitchell. But that being said the fact that she would antagonize and even block people for criticizing soph under posts that she would post of them together was a bit irritating

I get that. I value her reply that fans aren’t privy to her whole life—organizing can happen relationally—and that she *has* contested Sophie’s misinfo online. She isn’t perfect, but the focus on Sophie feels like a double standard that derails/discredits convo about Palestine especially.
