The drums had more processing than the vocals. For drums I compress the heck out of them and EQ them more heavily that I would for non-gameboy purposes. Then boost the volume a lot more than you might think. Like, get them clipping.

The vocals were a pain to make, mostly because I sang it and then used a combination of AI, pitch shifting, and hand tweaking to make them sound like that.
But then they just need some hefty compression and a big volume boost.
