I’m in DC area. It will be very cold but not the freezing rain I was hoping for. Temps between 10 and 20 degrees. I’ve been to inaugurations as a VIP and they are not comfortable in good weather. A lot of seats were bought in bulk to curry favor and there will be empty seats 😄
