Congratulations. I have owned a C40 for almost a year now, and love it.
A couple of useful tips.
(1) If the infotainment system gives trouble, press and hold the button below the screen with the white line through it until 'Volvo' appears in the display to reset it
(2) Press and hold the front window defrost button until the SOS light starts flashing if it won't connect to the cell network. That resets the modem. The flashing light indicates that the Volvo emergency phone system doesn't have a cell connection. It will stop flashing when done.
Yeah, I think it's got a bit more stable over time. I do occasionally get a 'camera unavailable' fault, and once in a while it fails to connect to data until I reset it using the screen defroster trick.

We also have a first edition XC40 Recharge that's my wife's daily driver.
I like the performance, comfort, Android Automotive being built in, and all the little quality of life features Volvo includes in this platform.
I figure I'll keep these for at least 8 years unless Mazda drops a full electric Miata.
My ND Miata is the only car that I routinely made excuses to take the long way home.

I've had relatively good luck with the infotainment. In our 2021 XC40 Recharge it was a bit unstable until the 3rd firmware update.
