In the 1960 & 70s most winning nations came from Western European nations, especially 🇧🇪 Belgium & 🇮🇹 Italy. In the 1980s, we see the first 🇺🇸 non-European titles. In the new century, we still see mostly 🇪🇺 European succes, but by more different nations 🇵🇱🇵🇹🇸🇮🇳🇴🇸🇰
