Part of the reason I wrote this was watching the reactiveness of white folks on this platform and watching non-white folks get policed for their language, thoughts, different approach - is a direct corollary to low emotional bandwidth.

I’ve been thinking a lot about emotional bandwidth, in particular because I think the next stage of being a country will require a wider swath of people to have a larger bandwidth before being dysregulated.
