It was a bill to propose a constitutional amendment. To become law, this bill will need 2/3rds support in each Chamber then 3/4ths of the state legislatures will need to endorse.
It's a performative signaling bill to get attention, just like the "Trump birthday federal holiday" bill.
I hope you are right but if they are threatening Representatives re appointees to Cabinet, as they consolidate power what is to stop them from threatening opposition as this is out of the NAZI playbook.. Already sending letters to Rep Garcia about TV appearances asking for clarity on an apparent
