In 2003 I was Dx BiPolar & given lithium & a cocktail of other psych drugs. I was told I'd never live on my own, get a full time job, graduate college, or get married & have kids. That I would be on meds the rest of my life. By 2011, none of it was true. #MentalHealth #Mindfulness #Trauma
