During the dotcom boom the business names were simple dictionary words like toys and pets dot com. Now the domain namespaces are so overcrowded, it’s vinted, getir, and wonderbly. Things that sound like words but aren’t. It has a weird, disorienting effect. Feels like living in a parallel universe.
