Wishing you the best for 2025, especially with the convention scene and how that's changed. Do you think about smaller summer conventions closer to you might be an option, to save on travel costs?

I definitely have to keep them local because we're running on such a thin budget these days. Hoping that if I can't make it in to the bigger cons that I might be able to try the smaller cons! I'm currently researching which ones are poppin here in GA right now. Been awhile since I looked!

TOTALLY rooting for you my dear!!! I definitely suggest looking at possible book/writing conventions too - that might be a good networking option (for both the cover art side of things and your eventual books when you can get back to them) as well as possibly having cheaper table rates?

For sure! Thanks for the reminder, m’dear. I have one already on the wishlist and hope I can find more locally! Even if I can’t get in as an artist, it’d be cool to look into writing workshops and other opportunities.

Yeah definitely!! I still have you bucket listed for books down the line … you know when I actually finish one for self pub🙃 But in the mean time maybe we can indie press eyeballs on your covers because yes please!
