I went into It’s A Wonderful Life expecting a very dated and cliche 40s film which skirts around actual mental health issues but it ended up being my favorite film of all time. (Spoilers) The scene where George is desperately trying not to take his anger out on his family is absolutely devastating
my brother in law said it’s his christmas tradition a few days ago when I realized I’d never seen it! it’s an amazing movie, maybe I’ll implement it into my christmas eve traditions too :)
