NC is actually a Democratic state: 2.45M Democrats vs. 2.35M Republicans. Republicans control it because they cheat just like they're doing with Allison Riggs—gerrymandering the map, rigging elections, and silencing the majority.

Jan 24th: Deadline for all briefs in the case to be filed.

Two recounts have already been done: A full machine recount and a partial hand recount showed Riggs leading Griffin by 734 votes, out of more than 5.5 million ballots cast.
