A child has died of measles in the West Texas outbreak, the 1st death from the disease in a decade in the U.S. The child hadn't been vaccinated against measles, according to the city of Lubbock's health dept. 124 cases have been reported in TX w/ 18 hospitalizations www.nbcnews.com/health/healt...
