i think its mostly because i stopped therapy because my college schedule was super busy and i kept getting in situations where i couldn't get an appointment or my therapist got straight up sick. augh

healing is linear but oh god . did i not deserve whatever happened during march-july 2024. oh great heavens i didnt.
