I updated my Windows 10 PC for security purposes, and now Copilot is in my system without my permission.

Might just remove it myself if i get time
And if I need it for longer than the trial… well, I heard that one can google something like massgrave… 🤷♂️
obviously, most people are used to windows but linux (at least ubuntu based linux) is very beginner friendly,
Updates on linux are done when you want AND you dont need to render your computer unusable while updates install
I'd recommend looking into it honestly
...I have no need for it though and it's intrusive enough they don't ask first before installing itself so I removed it.
Sorry, computer says “No”

I have my reasons why I am still on Windows despite knowing they're not new to this, but I'm only here giving a comment about it, nothing more.
So, I shall mute this thread for the time being = v=b
If you like my stuff, give me a follow, yeah?
1. Win + R -> cmd
2. Enter "winget uninstall copilot"
You're welcome :D
This is fine.
It's asking your region's code for it to work ("us", "fr", "jp") for regional stuff in winget, just like in steam and other marketplaces so you don't get the chinese version and stuff like that.
