The ENTIRE reason for our country being in the state it is - is that Congress has not filled its responsibilities per our Laws. That has created a vacuum and the Executive has filled that vacuum.
And no ordinary citizen should be accepted as a government official if they weren't elected. Musk may not be an official but he's behaving as one. Congress should put a stop to this kind of thing, no matter how well intentioned.

Isn't the very fact that Republicans in Congress have the power to stop him in multiple ways but refuse to do so, an implicit endorsement of his authoritarian attack on not only the economy but democracies around the world? The entire GOP, every single one of them, is part of a fascist movement.
