Is there any evidence of heavy rice eaters like the Japanese getting arsenic poisoning? Most Japanese that I knew personally are now in their 70s or close, and doing fine.
I don't think there's concern about "poisoning" but there is concern about chronic effects that it can have. There are a lot of studies on this question. It kind of seems to be "it depends" 🤷♂️
