A lot of sites have a sort of weird policy on nudity where everything is allowed and SFW as long as it's not genitalia, infamously deviantart for example

i've seen examples of that and I mostly feel the same way.

one example i knew of seemed to want to have the clout of drawing attractive characters doing tease-tastic stuffs

others seem to still think "as long as there's no cock, balls, boobs, vag, it doesn't count as NSFW"
