PEPFAR is estimated to have saved 25 million lives. Since it was launched by George W. Bush in 2003, it's always had bipartisan support. The first Trump admin launched the domestic Ending the HIV Epidemic initiative. Let's hope this doesn't end under the incoming Trump admin. #WorldAIDSDay #WAD2024
