I don't really have the inclination to chase all these things down. These people are being sued, too. For anything else you post, there are probably lawsuits involved. :-)
Yes, you are right. All this push for charters & vouchers are to put religious institutions in charge of education. I hated religion long before I hated MAGA.
JFC, I KNOW what Republicans have been *trying* to do to schools...I've been following their shenanigans for 30 years. But it's still illegal and they can be sued to put a stop to it. That might change with our right-wing Supreme Court.
It was a statistical claim. It's illegal to have the discussions in the context of representing the claims of Christianity as being true or special. Yes, sometimes teachers break the law.
