Unfortunately (in this case) it just doesn't work like that. It's also fortunate that DOGE can't easily delete our data in government databases. Systems and DB admins have many different tricks for restoring large redundant, fault tolerant databases when configured to survive any attack.

they’re leaving employees that handle tax returns until at least after tax season.

Of course they’re targeting auditors experienced in complex tax returns like Billionaires & corps….the ones Biden hired to ensure rich pay their fair share.
