Seriously! I work at a private institution and am ineligible for union membership. My at-will status is a drain on my soul every day in this blobforsaken genocide.

I work for a state university, and our Board of Regents isn't required to recognize us. They don't want to admit it, but our organizing has changed their policies and won better pay and conditions for students, faculty, and staff.
