And in case anyone hasn’t said it, I recommend the tandem read for Empire of Storms and Tower of Dawn! Makes both books so much more enjoyable

you’re the second to personally tell me to do the tandem read! someone else told me they liked them solo but idk 👀 the general booktok discourse seemed mostly pro tandem, and that’s how my friends and i are doing it. we also started with the assassin’s blade, and i’m SO GLAD we did. like, SO GLAD. 😂
