honestly, it took me a good couple of games to understand but i luckily had a friend who did a year of school over there and explained it to me in 10 mins alongside watching a game, and from there the rest is really easy to pick up, dm if you want 💜
they basically have 4 attempts (this is the 1st/2nd down etc) to get ball 10 yards further down the pitch, all the rule books are really confusing tho 😅
