i used to take the kids to the beach to feed the squirrels when they were little, they would stand up like that one for the peanuts.

What a beauty! Our property was logged so we currently don’t have squirrels. 🐿️ waiting for the days when they move into the trees. Currently, we have birds galore, opossums, bears, dear, and raccoons.

That's nice. I used to see deer when I lived in the East. Very rarely here, I see opossums & raccoons. But the bears aren't too far away, and sadly, neither are the coyotes. I would be like you in missing the squirrels.
