It’s a good thing.
Basically there is a fixed amount of tax money that is allocated to each child, let’s say it’s 5k, in a school voucher program you can put your kid in private school and use that 5k for the private school.
Everyone still pays taxes.
1) tap water that's on fire
2) big corps and equity speculators sucking out money from the public (see healthcare "system")
3) price gouging on necessary amenities
