With Trump heading the republican party, they could no long (honestly) make the claim to be the party of "family values" or the party of "law and order". Now, it is the party of corruption, racism, bigotry and making the wealthy wealthier, while abandoning the bottom the general population.
Personally, January 6th was as horrific as 9/11. Watching the day unfold on live tv brought back all the same gut wrenching emotions as 9/11 did… but with the knowledge January 6th was an inside job. Orchestrated by the lying, desperate McFelon.
To me, pardoning your fellow conspiracists who were the henchmen of your own insurrection and who now make up your private army is, well, as impeachable as anything else I can think of.
