Man I’ve been on a real slump lately. Have to reassess how I’m approaching my “recovery” plan so that I’m not overwhelming myself. Feels like I barely have time to breathe though even without deadlines, like I’m way too behind on stuff.

Context: I set a goal for myself for 2025. I’m going for some certs and slowly burning through training. But I feel so behind. I feel like I won’t attain anything and like it’s pointless but I know that’s not true. Blegh
