I was thinking this could be part of it, like it being so clearly signposted as a silly drama video makes it a nice palette cleanser between the weird obtuse analysis ones

Makes sense, the combination of length (bc we want something to distract us from the terrors of living for a while) and relative triviality. Plus capacity for further analysis if wanted. At least, that’s why that vid appealed to me. Same with the Beast ones.
