‘Family Matters’ was never a good show. Imagine if every episode of the Simpsons was about Milhouse…and the Simpsons themselves were relegated to background characters. The plots and gimmicks around Milhouse got more ridiculous as time went on…and you’re just waiting for him to say his catch-phrase.
