Is it that he couldn't stand other people playing the real people, or just the movie in general?

He couldn’t stand that they weren’t the actual actors that were on SNL, despite the fact that all of them are like 75 or dead now.

Amazing.

But now I do kinda want to see them playing their younger selves and conjuring the ghosts of those passed so they can also play themselves.
