Only if a player moves clubs otherwise no. There was a special case for Mkhitaryan back during the Europa League days where had had to wear 77 and not 7 specifically for that competition, but IIRC it was because Sanchez had already played for us in Europa that season with #7
We can leave big numbers for trivias, proper first teamers deserve proper numbers and we've quite a few vacant. Will look nice rocking those Myles and Ethan kits with proper numbers from next season 👌
