Just going to get a cheap HP! It’s what I’ve had for the last ten years and it’s been great! But its frame is currently held together by duct tape. 😂

Lenovo is way better in my experience. HP is known for overheating and the internet adapters die fast. Regardless of the brand, I'd recommend these specs:
Ram: 16 GB minimum
Drive: 1 TB SSD or at least 500 GB SSD
Processor: Ryzen 7 or at least Ryzen 5 (Ryzen 7 is almost as powerful as Intel Core 9)
