Iowa has hired former Wake Forest OC, Warren Ruggiero as as a Senior Analyst. Ruggiero ran the slow mesh at Wake. It fits with Lester’s RPOs. Iowa’s offense is going to be different now that Lester has his guys.

Would love to hear how the OL is coached in this offense. I'm a proponent of coaching OL to fire off the ball regardless if it's a run or pass. Traditional pass blocking is too much bail & absorb DL that are teeing off rather than attack the DL with same first step explosiveness as a run play.
