A Starter Pack is a Bluesky feature where a user can create a curated list of folks they think others might like to follow! Then they post the Starter Pack link and others on Bluesky can follow who they want from that list. It supports up to 150 users per Starter Pack :3
Let's people easily find and follow groups of folks at once or individually.
So if someone was following say 300 some people on Twitter and they're looking to find them all again they might easily find a large number in these packs and can follow them all in a single click
I think they are just mainly lists of users to follow that people post. Makes it “easy” cause there is a way to just follow everyone on the list verses following one person at a time.
