Not ‘misguided’ : intentional, costly, destructive but mates get supported + the APS weakened. Labour hire firms become necessary to do routine work but with the added ‘profit tax’ costs + big firms are hired with their cookie-cutter, vacuous, 1 size fits all solutions, which are inevitably ignored
