Yes…It’s called rehashing and it’s a symptom of anxiety.. and you’re lucky you also “rehearse” which is when you stress over shit that hasn’t even happened yet 🥲
I reached this point and saw a psychologist before I lost my mind.. the thing that helped the most is writing down the thing I’m overthinking about.. then write out the solutions to the problem that I can fix.. then pick one.. sounds simple asf but takes practice
I’ve found my people!! I definitely replay everything over and over. I hate it so much. I know eventually I’ll stop thinking about whatever it is but it takes a bit longer than I would like 😂
