After 8 years of playing @playoverwatch2.bsky.social I have been banned permanently with basically zero knowledge as to why this has happened to me.
When appealing I was told I was cheating which is something I've never done - I don't even play ranked as its just for fun for me.

I know you're not in the customer care department but since we're mutuals, I thought I'd reach out. I play and love OW as well and this is so heartbreaking 😟
I've played almost every weekend as a way to keep in touch with friends remotely for years now, I love this game so much 🥹
(*based on my experience, I don't know their processes, it could be more complex)
I've just felt down all day thinking there's nothing else I can really do but it's worth reaching out to people about it just to see even if the answer is still no in the end.
do you know if the ban was a faulty automated decision? makes me a bit nervous it could happen randomly to me or my friends 🥲
I'm really sad as this game has meant so much to me over the years.
