Tolerating intolerance isn’t exercising the lofty ideals of tolerance, it’s intolerance with extra steps. It’s accepting and promulgating horrific ideals and hatred of humanity while claiming to side with the victims. It’s a lie pushed by the intolerant to escape the consequences of their vitriol.
